We want you to love your stickers! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Stickers must be unapplied and undamaged
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable
- Please include a note with your order number inside the return package
Stickers that have been applied or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 21 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Applied stickers
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
